You may ask MAP Growth Systems to delete personal information that you previously shared with us, subject to any legal or legitimate record-keeping requirements.

How to submit your request

Send a WhatsApp message to 065 209 2946. Include your full name, the contact details you used and a short description of the information you want removed.

Identity verification

To protect your information, we may need to verify that the request comes from you. Please do not send passwords, PINs, identity documents or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically explain why it is required and how it will be protected.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, locate relevant information and explain the outcome. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, to complete an existing agreement or to resolve a dispute.
